Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. The product shown in the pictures is exactly what you will receive. We use real photos of our boxes. Minor variations in handcrafted items may occur, adding a unique touch to each box.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your receipt will be sent automatically to your email after checkout. You can also find it anytime in the “My Orders” section of your account.

How can I return an item?

At the moment, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our gift boxes. Please make sure to review all product details before placing your order.
