At ZBOX, we aim to provide a smooth and premium gifting experience.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important Notice:
Once payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled, as gift boxes are prepared and customized immediately after confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

Gift boxes that have been opened or used

Customized or specially prepared gift boxes

Gift cards

Any health, personal care, or consumable items included in gift boxes
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:

Items returned with clear signs of use

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
